Are You Grant Ready?
Before investing in grant writing services, your organization should have a clear mission and program focus, be legally registered (501c3 or fiscal sponsor), have basic financial documentation in order, and be able to demonstrate organizational credibility. Grant writing is most effective when your foundation is in place. Not sure where you stand? Take our free Funding Readiness Assessment before you book.

We Write Grants
the Way Funders
Actually Read Them

Most grant writers focus on the words. We focus on the strategy behind the words — funder alignment, positioning, budget logic, and partner credibility — because that is what determines whether a proposal wins or loses before a program officer reads the first sentence.

01
Funder-First Research
We research each funder's priorities, recent grants, and language before we write a single word — so every proposal speaks directly to what they fund.
02
Narrative + Budget Logic
We align your program narrative with a budget that explains itself — connecting every dollar to outcomes rather than just listing line items.
03
We Cap at 3 Applications
We do not mass-produce proposals. We write three well-researched, well-targeted applications that give your organization the best competitive position — not 15 rushed ones.
04
Faith-Based Expertise
We specialize in faith-based organizations, CDCs, and diaspora-led nonprofits — we understand your language, your mission, and the funders who value your work.

How We Work Together

📋
Intake & Readiness Review
You complete our organizational intake form. We review your readiness, mission clarity, and documentation before we begin. If there are gaps that would weaken the proposal, we will tell you.
🎯
Funder Research & Alignment
We research each funder's priorities, recent funding history, and language preferences to ensure your proposal speaks directly to what they fund and how they fund it.
✍️
Proposal Writing
We write your complete grant narrative — executive summary, problem statement, goals and outcomes, program narrative, and budget logic. You review and we refine.
🚀
Submission Ready
You receive a polished, submission-ready document formatted for each specific funder. We provide guidance on submission — and a realistic timeline for what to expect next.

Before You Book

No. And any grant writer who guarantees a win is not being honest with you. Grants are competitive — program officers review hundreds of applications and make funding decisions based on many factors beyond the quality of the writing, including organizational fit, funder priorities, geographic focus, and available funding levels. What we do guarantee is a professionally researched, well-positioned, and compellingly written proposal that gives your organization the strongest competitive advantage possible.
Because grant writing quality matters more than quantity. Every proposal we write is researched for a specific funder, aligned to their priorities, and written to reflect your organization's unique positioning. That level of care cannot be mass-produced. Organizations that submit 15 rushed, generic applications win less than those who submit three precise, targeted ones. We cap our services here to protect both the quality of your proposals and the integrity of our work.
To get the most from grant writing services, your organization should have: a clear and consistent mission and program focus, active 501c3 status or a fiscal sponsorship arrangement, basic financial documentation (budget, bank statements, or audit), and some track record of community work — even if modest. If your foundation has significant gaps, we may recommend our Silent Money Foundation program or a Lunch With Jackie intensive before proceeding with grant writing services.
Typically 2 to 4 weeks from intake to submission-ready document, depending on the complexity of the application and your responsiveness to our information requests. Federal applications may take longer due to compliance requirements. Grant timelines after submission vary widely — some funders notify within 4 to 6 weeks, others take 3 to 12 months. We will be honest with you about realistic expectations from the beginning.
Both options are available. You can bring us specific grant opportunities you have identified — and we will research them for alignment before we begin writing. Or if you need funder research as part of the engagement, we can identify aligned opportunities based on your mission, geography, and program focus. Funder identification is included in all packages as part of our readiness and alignment review.
We focus exclusively on faith-based organizations, churches, CDCs, and diaspora-led nonprofits with active community programming. We do not currently write grants for: for-profit businesses, real estate acquisition projects, cannabis or tobacco-related organizations, organizations without active 501c3 status or a valid fiscal sponsor, or organizations whose mission does not align with the communities we serve.
