Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing FaithWorks as your trusted partner in grant writing, funding strategy, and capacity-building services. By engaging with our services through this website or third-party platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin.

  • Remaining balance due after the first draft or milestone as outlined in your proposal.

  • Services do not begin until all requested forms and documents are submitted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued once services begin.

  • Cancellations before services begin may be reviewed case by case.

3. Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule consultations.

  • Missed appointments may result in forfeiture or rescheduling fee.

  • Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe.

4. Intake Forms & Documents

  • Completion of intake form and submission of requested items is required before work begins.

  • Delays in submission may cause project delays.

5. Late Payments

  • Payments more than 7 days late will incur a 10% late fee.

  • Services may pause until payment and fees are resolved.

6. Service Agreement

  • By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined in the contract provided after payment.

  • No work will proceed without a signed agreement.

7. Grant Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee grant funding.

  • FaithWorks provides expert strategy to increase competitiveness, but award decisions are made by funders.

8. Confidentiality & Ownership

  • Your information is kept confidential.

  • Final deliverables are owned by FaithWorks until full payment is received.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be addressed in good faith.

  • Mediation may be required before legal action is considered.
