Terms of Service and Program Participation Agreement
Effective Date: January 2026
Welcome to FaithWorks Collaborative (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in this program, training, or membership (collectively, the “Program”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully before purchasing or beginning the Program.
Checking “I agree” at checkout or accessing any Program materials constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Program Purpose and Participation Requirements
FaithWorks Collaborative provides professional development training designed to support collaboration, funding strategy, and organizational capacity building. Participants are expected to:
Attend scheduled sessions, live or recorded, and remain active in required assignments.
Complete deliverables as outlined in the course structure and deadlines.
Engage respectfully with instructors and peers.
Failure to remain current with materials, assignments, or participation requirements may result in removal from the Program and application of a cancellation penalty (see Section 6).
2. Program Access and Materials
Access to Program materials is for personal, educational use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell course materials without written consent. All intellectual property remains the property of FaithWorks Collaborative.
3. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, or delivery methods to maintain quality and relevance. Price adjustments or changes to future course offerings may occur without notice.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are due upon enrollment unless otherwise specified in writing. Payment plans, where offered, must be completed as agreed to retain access to the Program.
5. Refund Policy and 7-Day Cancellation Penalty Waiver
FaithWorks Collaborative allocates extensive resources to each participant upon enrollment. Therefore:
Under our standard policy, cancellations or removals after enrollment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the remaining program balance.
7-Day Penalty Waiver: New enrollees may cancel within the first seven (7) calendar days following enrollment by submitting a written request to info@faithworkscollab.com. If your request is received within this 7-day period, your cancellation fee will be waived.
After seven (7) days, the cancellation penalty applies to maintain program integrity and ensure fairness to all participants.
No refunds are available for partial participation, non-attendance, or failure to complete course assignments.
6. Participation Termination
FaithWorks Collaborative reserves the right to remove participants who fail to meet program requirements, maintain professionalism, or comply with payment obligations. Such termination does not relieve the participant of financial commitments incurred. If terminated, a cancellation fee of at least 50% of the total program cost will be applied.
7. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding peer and organizational information shared during sessions. FaithWorks Collaborative reserves the right to remove participants for unprofessional or disruptive behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation is at your own risk. FaithWorks Collaborative makes no guarantees regarding funding outcomes, business growth, or grant success. Our materials and advice are educational and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify FaithWorks Collaborative, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from your participation, misuse of materials, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
