Your mission matters. Build an organization ready to deliver it.
Getting a 501(c)(3), finding a grant, or using AI to write a proposal is not the whole funding journey. Learn the skills your organization needs—or get personalized support for the challenges you're facing right now.
Approximately $8 million in client funding secured in 2026.

Need help with your specific organization?
A workshop may not be enough when you need someone to evaluate your situation and recommend a path forward.
We can discuss needs such as:
- Developing or clarifying your mission and program model
- Organizational planning and startup readiness
- Budgets, financial documentation, and funding readiness
- Funding strategy, partnerships, and funder positioning
- Grant proposal support and organizational growth
A discovery call helps determine whether FaithWorks has a suitable paid service for your needs. Scope and pricing are discussed before any engagement.
Three workshops. Three specific problems to solve.
All sessions are live online at 1 PM Central Standard Time. Individual registration is required. You do not need to attend Session 1 to register for Sessions 2 or 3.
You've Started Your Nonprofit. Now What?
$97 per personRegister for Session 1 ↗Have your 501(c)(3), an idea for a shelter, or a community program—but still don't have the money to launch? Being approved as a nonprofit and being ready to operate or receive funding are not the same thing. This workshop helps you identify the critical steps between the two.
We'll cover:
- Choosing an appropriate organizational and program structure
- Creating a clear mission, program model, and workable startup plan
- Understanding budgets, governance, documentation, and operational requirements
- What funders commonly need to see before investing in a new organization
- How to prioritize the next steps without wasting time chasing every grant
AI can produce impressive paragraphs in seconds. That doesn't make an application competitive. Learn the actual grant-writing process and how to use AI to improve clarity, alignment, and quality—without invented facts or generic responses.
We'll cover:
- Reading the funding opportunity, eligibility rules, and application questions
- Building strong need statements, program narratives, and measurable outcomes
- Preparing the right organizational facts before prompting AI
- Guided AI-assisted drafting and revision of a sample grant response
- Checking accuracy, funder alignment, budgets, and readiness before submission
Can You Prove Your Program Is Working?
$97 per personRegister for Session 3 ↗You served 200 families or helped 30 people find housing. But what changed because of your work? Funders often want more than activity counts. Learn to document results and prepare for the reporting responsibilities that come with awarded funds.
We'll cover:
- What service data to collect and how to organize it consistently
- The difference between activities, outputs, and outcomes
- How to set practical measures for youth, shelter, housing, and community programs
- How program reporting and financial grant reporting work together
- Common reporting mistakes and ways to prepare before an award
